Venmo Payment Policy Adjustment
To accommodate increasing app-based transaction costs while keeping our core service rates consistent, clients paying for services via Venmo will be required to add a 3% processing fee starting October 1st, 2026.
Additionally, as of October 1st, 2026 all Venmo payments will be sent to a new business account with the address @thriveanimalservicesllc
Exemptions to this fee:
• Farm & Pet Sitting Deposits: Booking deposits remain fee-free regardless of payment method.
• Cash & Check Payments: Zero fees applied at any time for direct cash or personal check payments.
